KSPO DOME and Olympic Hall: Transport, Gates and Where to Stay

Reach KSPO DOME or Olympic Hall using Olympic Park Station, identify the right building and choose a hotel with a workable post-concert route.

Last editorial review: October 25, 2026.

KSPO DOME and Olympic Hall are in the same park, but they are not the same entrance. Your railway journey gets you to Olympic Park; the performance notice gets you to the right building, ticket desk and gate.

Quick answer

Start with Olympic Park Station, served by Lines 5 and 9, for either venue. Save the exact Korean building name and the event’s entrance map. A hotel around Bangi, Songpa or Jamsil can be a useful search starting point, but compare its actual return route rather than a broad “near Olympic Park” description. The park operator identifies Olympic Park Station for these venues. [1]

Save the correct place before leaving

Ticket wordingKorean search nameImportant distinction
KSPO DOME / Olympic Gymnastics ArenaKSPO DOME / 올림픽체조경기장The dome, not Olympic Hall
Olympic Hall올림픽홀A separate building inside Olympic Park
Olympic Park Station올림픽공원역The railway stop, not the venue entrance

The KSPO DOME listing uses 424 Olympic-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Large venues in a shared complex can have the same broad address, so the Korean building name matters more than simply reaching that street. Save the venue pin and the event gate as separate items. [2]

Do not choose Jamsil Sports Complex because it also has Olympic-era venues. It is a different site. In addition, the official notice stopped use of Jamsil Indoor Gymnasium from September 21, 2026; that closure does not describe KSPO DOME or Olympic Hall. [3]

Practical rail routes from common starting points

These are route options, not timed journeys or guarantees that every train is suitable. Check the direction and stops on the platform and the journey planner for your travel date. [4] [5]

StartRail route to compareDetail that prevents a wrong train

Incheon AirportAREX all-stop to Gimpo Airport → Line 9 to Olympic ParkAirport Express does not provide this intermediate-stop transfer
A Line 5 hotelLine 5 to Olympic ParkUse the Macheon branch, not a train continuing toward Hanam

If you have luggage, it may be better to check in first. The shorter railway diagram is not necessarily the easier journey with a suitcase, and a concert’s bag policy is not the same as a station’s luggage policy.

From the station to the correct queue

Use the operator’s park map to identify the building, then the organizer’s event map to identify admission. A park gate, venue door, ticket collection booth, fan-club booth and standing queue may be different locations. Reaching one does not complete the others. [1]

Build the arrival plan around the earliest required task on your notice: collection, identity check, soundcheck or standing assembly. Do not treat the advertised performance start as the time you should first appear at the station.

If you need step-free access or a particular accessible seating arrangement, ask the organizer about the route from the station to your assigned entrance. A large park can involve more walking than a station name suggests. This article has not measured that route for a specific seat.

Where to stay: choose the return, not just the neighborhood

Bangi/Songpa: compare properties whose entrance connects clearly to your venue side of the park. Jamsil: compare the exact local connection rather than assuming it is a walk across the street. Elsewhere in Seoul: a suitable Line 9 or Line 5 connection can work, provided the final connection after the concert is still usable.

Seoul Olympic Parktel is a named hotel in the park area, listed at 448 Olympic-ro. That establishes its location, not that every room is available or that its entrance is beside your concert gate. Use the hotel’s own booking route and a map of the actual walk. [6]

For two concert days, compare a nearby stay with two late returns across Seoul. For one concert during a longer sightseeing trip, keeping your existing base may be simpler than changing hotels. These are itinerary choices, not universal hotel rankings.

Getting back after the encore

Before entering, save the last usable connection to your hotel and one alternative. Allow for leaving the building, walking through the park and joining the station queue. A Line 9 departure is not useful if the transfer to your hotel has already ended. [4]

Choose a legal, recognizable pickup point outside restricted event lanes if you plan to use a taxi. Do not stand at an emergency access road because it looks closer. Tell your group where to meet if phone service becomes unreliable, and keep the hotel’s Korean address available offline.

Upcoming dates: two different halls on the same weekend

TXT is announced at KSPO DOME on November 13–15, 2026. CRAVITY’s November 14–15 Seoul concerts use Olympic Hall instead. Save the building and gate from your own ticket even when friends are heading to Olympic Park on the same date. [7] [8]

EPIK HIGH’s January 22–24, 2027 shows also name KSPO DOME. Its October 7 ticket opening is already in the past, so start from the exact product and its Foreigner button, not an old fanclub-sale countdown. [9]

Compare Olympic Park/Bangi accommodation for fewer post-show transfers, or a Jamsil base for the rest of your trip. These are planning areas, not verified hotel availability. The 2026 calendar and 2027 tracker provide the event-specific sources.

FAQ

Are Olympic Hall and KSPO DOME interchangeable in a taxi search?

No. Save the exact Korean building name and show the driver the event’s drop-off guidance.

Can I buy a ticket at the park entrance?

A venue location is not evidence of on-site ticket availability. Follow the performance’s official sales and collection instructions.

Does “near Olympic Park” guarantee an easy walk back?

No. Compare the actual hotel entrance with the gate used by your performance, including the route after dark.

Your next move

Save three pins: the correct building, your required event check-in point and your hotel entrance. Then compare the whole return journey using the performance date.
